Study says that religion is good for kids

I came across a story about a study that concluded...Religion is good for children. They tend to be more behaved, charitable, etc. The article can be found at the following link:

Now we all know the media purports, and other secularists/university professors decide to spend money, on studies that confirm common sense, but this one intrigued me in its application to Romans 1:22 and also I Cor. 2:14 (among others). One sentence in the article exemplifies my assertion.

"But as for why religious organizations might provide more of a boost to family life than secular organizations designed to do the same thing, that’s still somewhat of a mystery..."

What a statement!!! It is not that they should not or will not, but they CANNOT understand that it is reliance on God instead of us/we/I.

They cannot understand the mystery because the natural man cannot understand the things of God.

I am just amazed (though I guess I should not be amazed) at the complete and total disregard for the blatantly obvious (from a Christian perspective) not only in this application but in my field of study....Global warming is a ubiquitous example. Coming soon (not necessarily in this blog) is a presentation on Global warming.

For those just looking for nice pictures of Oregon/Washington. Here is a nice one for you... A picture of the Snake River South of Lewiston/Clarkston Idaho on the Washington side.

We are indeed blessed beyond our cognitive abilities of which I am thankful. May God richly bless you in all aspects of your life....
